Home and the Maheshvari Matuja
Old Age Home(6th
November,2023)
Recently, the students of classes 3 and 5 from Delhi World
Public School Rajkot were presented with a remarkable
opportunity to visit two old age homes: the Missionary of
Charity Old Age Home and the Maheshvari Matuja Old Age
Home. The purpose of this visit was to encourage the
students to interact with the elderly residents and gain
insights into their lives.
During their visit, the students spent quality time engaging
with the elderly residents, attentively listening to their
captivating stories. These narrative exchanges allowed the
students to learn from the residents’ life experiences,
encompassing both joyful and sorrowful moments. The
students were deeply moved by the stories shared with
them and felt privileged to be able to bring a smile to the
faces of the residents, offering them small tokens of
appreciation.
