I had the privilege to participate in the principal “Exposure Visit” at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur, Maharashtra, organized by CBSE on 11th & 12th July 2024. The visit covered several critical topics, including “Academic Leadership and Stakeholder Management,” “Building Blocks in School Governance,” “Strategic Thinking for Education Leaders,” and “Managing Finance in Institutions.”
