Delhi World Public School, Rajkot proudly organized the “Swachhata Hi Sewa Campaign 2025” in the school campus with great enthusiasm and commitment. The campaign brought together students, teachers, and staff to spread the important message of cleanliness, responsibility, and service to society.

 Learning Objective

The objective of the campaign was to make students understand the value of cleanliness, nurture a sense of social responsibility, and encourage them to actively participate in creating a clean and healthy environment.

Outcome

The initiative successfully instilled awareness among students about their role as responsible citizens. Children not only experienced the joy of working together for a cleaner school but also promised to take the message forward to their homes and communities.

Activities at a Glance

  • Cleanliness Drive: Students cleaned classrooms, corridors, and school grounds with dedication.
  • Awareness March: A rally was organized inside the campus where students carried placards and raised slogans on cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Creative Expression: Poster-making and slogan-writing competitions allowed students to showcase their ideas on keeping the surroundings clean.
  • Plantation Drive: To connect cleanliness with green living, students planted saplings and pledged to care for them.

Principal Mr. Rajeev Ranjan shared his inspiring words with the students:

“Cleanliness is the foundation of a healthy and progressive society. By participating in this campaign, our students have not only kept the school clean but also learned the importance of responsibility and collective action. I am proud of their enthusiasm and urge them to take this spirit of cleanliness beyond the school walls and into the community. Together, we can truly build a cleaner, greener, and better India.”

The campaign turned into a memorable experience for everyone involved. It reinforced the idea that “Cleanliness is not just a habit but a way of life.” DWPS Rajkot continues to inspire its students to become changemakers of tomorrow.
