Memoirs of Vidhi Moteria at School
Hello everyone, I am Vidhi Moteria. I am an alumni of our beloved DPS Rajkot.
It is truly said that “A school is where true education and morals are taught”. I am grateful to DPS for not only teaching us subjects, but also teaching us values of life.
Academics was undoubtedly well taught. All the teachers were like our guardians from pre-school to matriculation. I am very thankful to them for guiding us throughout school and even today.
Apart from academics, the importance they gave to co-curricular activities is the most positive point of the school like Art, Craft, Dance, Music, Singing, Elocution, Public speaking and what not.
There were so many fields for all the students and that way no one was left without any co-curricular activities.
Besides just teaching lessons, they organized various talent shows in which all of us, keeping our stage fear, presented our unique talents.
“The Journey” our annual fest was a cherry on top of cupcake.
Being occupied in the corporate world, I miss those school days. Early morning school bus travel, maths lectures, dance lessons, instrumental practices, sports lecture exercises, I miss them all.
The memories associated with this school are countless and I thank DPS for making me who I am right now.
And sincere thanks to teachers for giving me an opportunity to express myself.
