Delhi World Public School Rajkot organized the Inter-House English Fiesta (2024-25) on 23rd August 2024, with the primary objective of enhancing students’ soft skills. The event was held in the Kalpana Multi-Purpose Hall, starting at 8 AM and concluding at 11 AM. This competition provided a platform for students from different houses to showcase their talents in English through various activities.

Competition Categories
The competition was divided into three groups based on grade levels. Group A, consisting of students from Classes 3 to 5, participated in a Recitation event, with a time limit of 2 minutes for each participant. Group B, which included students from Classes 6 to 8, engaged in an Elocution competition, where they delivered speeches of famous personalities within a 2-minute time frame. Group C, representing Classes 9 to 12, took part in a Debate competition. Each house was represented by two participants—one speaking for and the other against the topic, with each given 3 minutes to present their arguments.










Delhi World Public School Rajkot is the best school in Rajkot. The event was organized under the supervision of Competition Incharge Ranjana Srivastava, with the active involvement of House Wardens who ensured the selection and preparation of participants from their respective houses. Principal Rajeev Ranjan emphasized the importance of such competitions in fostering essential soft skills among students, contributing to their overall personality development. The English Fiesta was a significant step towards nurturing communication skills, critical thinking, and confidence in students, aligning with the school’s commitment to holistic education.
