In our childhood, and even in some schools today, students feared the principal as a strict authority figure. Teachers often used this fear to discipline them.
However, this picture changes that perception, showing a principal who is friendly and approachable. A supportive and understanding approach is far more effective than fear, especially for young students.
I’m really happy to see this picture and how the staff, teachers, and principal interact with the students. Unfortunately, my son missed joining 1st grade on the first day due to some reasons.
